• In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

• Made-to-order items (products not currently in stock) are custom-crafted and will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. These items require additional time to ensure the highest quality standards.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in letterbox-friendly packaging where possible, allowing for secure delivery even if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £200.

• For orders under £200, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Delivery & Tracking

We use trusted UK courier services to ensure the timely and secure delivery of all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information.
